We are particularly proud of our <strong>schwarzger\u00e4ucherter Karreeschinken<\/strong>, a smoked carr\u00e9 ham that was awarded a gold medal.<\/p>\n<p>We have regularly been successfully checked by the Bavarian butchers&#8217; association (BFV) in their <strong>voluntary self-monitoring system<\/strong>. This ensures that can maintain <strong>even quality at our high standard<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-339 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gasthof-guethlein.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/logo.f.png\" alt=\"logo.f\" width=\"120\" height=\"142\" \/>We <strong>hold the German butchers&#8217; association&#8217;s f-mark<\/strong>.<br \/>\nFor over 40 years, the f-mark has been a sign of quality and efficiency for the butcher&#8217;s trade throughout Germany. It may only be displayed by companies that fulfil certain criteria.
