Our menu also boasts a wide range of fine dishes and seasonal specialities.<\/p>\n<h3>All our dishes have one thing in common:<\/h3>\n<p>they are prepared with care and are of the highest quality.<\/p>\n<p>All meat and sausage-meat products come from our own butcher&#8217;s shop. Our two master butchers, Heinz &amp; J\u00f6rg G\u00fcthlein, ensure personally that our dishes are of outstanding quality.<\/p>\n<h3>We like to use regional products<\/h3>\n<p>We procure as much of our foodstuff as possible from local farmers and companies.
